By accessing FindMyEuroCams you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that viewing adult content is legal in your jurisdiction. If either is not true, please leave.

1. Relationship to Chaturbate

FindMyEuroCams is a Chaturbate partner site. We are not Chaturbate, do not host video, do not employ performers, and do not operate the chat rooms. Every room shown here is broadcast, hosted, and moderated by Chaturbate under Chaturbate's own Terms of Service. Performers have explicitly opted in to partner-site display via the Appear on Network Sites setting in their Chaturbate broadcaster dashboard.

2. Intellectual property

The FindMyEuroCams brand, layout, and code are owned by the site operator. Performer names, thumbnails, stream data, and room metadata are provided by Chaturbate's affiliate API and remain the property of Chaturbate and the respective broadcasters.

3. No warranty

The site is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that any specific performer will be online, that streams will be uninterrupted, or that Chaturbate will be available. Because we source from Chaturbate's public API in real time, any listing here can disappear the moment the broadcaster stops streaming or opts out.

4. DMCA / content complaints

All video, chat, and media surfaced through FindMyEuroCams is hosted by Chaturbate. Chaturbate is the platform with legal and technical responsibility for takedowns under 17 U.S.C. § 512 (the DMCA). Content complaints must be filed with Chaturbate's designated agent — see Chaturbate's Copyright and DMCA pages for the submission form and registered DMCA agent. Once the content is removed upstream it automatically disappears from our feed.

5. Reporting abuse or underage suspicion

Any report about performer conduct, harassment, or suspected underage broadcasters must go directly to Chaturbate's Trust & Safety team. They have the live moderation tools, the age- verification records, and the authority to act. Reports sent to the FindMyEuroCams hosting provider or to us cannot be acted on — we do not control the stream.

6. Performers: opt out

Any Chaturbate broadcaster can stop their rooms from appearing on partner sites like FindMyEuroCams by setting Appear on Network Sites = No in their Chaturbate dashboard. Chaturbate itself warns in that setting that broadcasters will lose significant viewers by opting out — partner sites drive a large share of incoming traffic.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of FindMyEuroCams after an update means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
